Alice Michel – About me
Born in France in 1988, I settled in Mallorca in 2015, my beloved island and the place of joyful childhood vacations. After studying Applied Foreign Languages at Paris-Sorbonne University (Paris-IV) and Art History at the École du Louvre, I opened Calame, a boutique located at No. 3 Argentería Street in Palma, inspired by the Parisian boutique of the same name, where I happily worked during my student years.
In 2022, my journey took a new turn. While continuing to run the Calame boutique, I began an in-depth study of astrology. Fascinated by both the history of this discipline and the insights it offers, I joined a school of humanistic and transpersonal astrology in February 2023, committing myself to several years of study.
My former boutique, Calame, previously located in Palma’s historic jeweler district, led me to meet Arturo Segura Fuster, a local jeweler who gave me the opportunity to display my collection of jewelry, bags, and accessories at a new location-No. 3 Can Savellà Street- under a new name, Ambart.
In Mallorquin, “Amb art” means “with art”. The name pays tribute to artisanal craftsmanship while also referencing some of our museum-inspired collections, such as pre-Columbian jewelry, astrolabes, and antique compasses. On a more personal note, the name stands for the collaboration “with Art-uro” and includes the acronym AMB, for Alice Michel Boutique. Finally, it connects to the discipline I study, astrology, which is often regarded as an ‘art’ in its own right within esoteric traditions.
For several years, my readings and researches have shaped my life, inspired my creativity, and allow me today to accompany you in your meaningful, bespoke jewelry projects.

Astrology in the Boutique
If you visit the boutique with your exact birth time, based on an official document, we can take a moment to explore your chart together through the lens of natal astrology, secondary progressions (both direct and converse), current transits, and the solar return, as well as to reflect on a particular situation with these tools.
My approach is rooted in the teachings of Dane Rudhyar and the principles of humanistic and transpersonal astrology. I work with Astro Gold, a professional-grade astrology software, to provide precise chart calculations, including astrocartography for those interested in exploring the geographic influences in their natal chart
These conversations are informal yet insightful, offering a space for reflection and discovery. For privacy reasons, I do not store any birth data after our conversation, ensuring full confidentiality. If you prefer a more private setting, feel free to contact me to arrange a meeting outside boutique hours.
