Deliveries
What are the prices and delivery times?
Our delivery rates include preparation and shipping costs. They vary according to the country of destination and delivery option chosen.
To Spain and Andorra :
8€ for standard delivery in 3 to 4 working days ;
12€ for expedited delivery in 1 to 2 working days ;
Shipping costs are free for purchases over 150€ ;
Free delivery to Mallorca in 1 to 2 working days on all orders.
To Portugal :
Single price of 14€ for expedited delivery in 1 to 2 working days ;
Shipping costs are free for purchases over 150€.
To France :
14€ for standard delivery in 4 to 8 working days (Colissimo) ;
16€ for expedited delivery in 3 to 4 working days (UPS, Fedex) ;
Shipping costs are free for purchases over 200€.
To Germany, Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom :
14€ for standard delivery in 4 to 8 working days ;
19€ for expedited delivery in 4 to 5 working days ;
Standard delivery is free for purchases over 200€ and expedited delivery for purchases over 250€.
To other European countries :
Single price of 14€ for standard delivery in 4 to 8 working days ;
Shipping costs are free for purchases over 200€.
To all other countries :
Single price of 20€ for standard delivery in 6 to 9 working days ;
Shipping costs are free for purchases over 350€.
When do you ship my order ?
Your order is shipped within 24 hours after you receive by e-mail the Order Confirmation. Please note that in the case you make your order during the weekend or on a public holiday, or after 4:00 PM Eastern Time, the processing and the shipment of the same will take place on the first following working day.
Can I track my order ?
Yes you can. Please write down the tracking number we give you in the Shipment Confirmation e-mail and enter this number in the website www.nacex.es (for Expedited Deliveries) or www.correos.es (for Standard Deliveries).
What if I am not at home when the carrier brings my parcel ?
Should you be absent at the time of delivery, the postman will leave a delivery notice in your letterbox. From the date indicated in the delivery notice, you'll have 15 days to go to the corresponding post office to pick your package up.
Shop Pick-Up
Our local pickup option allows nearby customers to collect their orders in person for free. At checkout, this option appears for all physical products alongside shipping options. Once your order is prepared, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation email with pickup details. Unclaimed orders will be canceled after 14 days if not collected.

What are my payment options ?
Online payment by card : you can pay your order directly in our website with these following cards : Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Your account will be automatically and immediately charged after payment.
Online payment via PayPal : the transaction can also be processed by PayPal, so your credit card information is safe and never stored. You can either log in to your PayPal account (if you have one) or enter your credit card info. There’s no need to create a Paypal account if you do not want one.
Is the online payment secured ?
Yes it is. Stripe is the payment processor that powers Squarespace Commerce, the CMS we use for our website. Stripe is a quick and secure way to accept credit card and debit card payments online. Stripe exceeds the most stringent industry standards for security. It has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor, and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available.
Returns and refunds
What are the procedures for returns, exchanges and refunds ?
At AMBART, we are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience. If you wish to return one or more products, we have a clear and simple return policy in place. Please review the following information to ensure an efficient return or exchange process.
1. Return Period
You have 10 business days from the date of receipt of your package to notify us of your intent to return. To do so, please contact us via WhatsApp at (+34) 664 424 384 or by email at boutique[a]ambart-palma.com, specifying the reason for your return. A photo of the product(s) in question will also be required.
2. Return Shipping Costs and Refund of Postal Fees
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
• However, if the product received does not match the description provided on our website, or if the return is due to our error, we will reimburse the return shipping fees, up to a maximum of €20, upon presentation of the carrier’s receipt. This reimbursement will be made via bank transfer within 7 business days of receiving the returned package.
• The refund for the returned product(s) will be processed separately, credited back to your original payment method or bank account using the same payment method you used for the purchase, also within 7 business days of receiving the package.
3. Return Conditions
• Products must be returned in their original packaging, or in secure cardboard packaging to ensure adequate protection.

Please ensure you include the following note in Spanish beneath the return address:
“Teléfono de contacto en caso de ausencia en la tienda: 664 424 384”
This will allow the courier to contact us if the store is closed at the time of delivery.
• All returns must be sent via a trackable shipping service. Please provide us with the tracking number so we can also monitor the return’s progress.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are possible, subject to the availability of the desired new product(s). In such cases, we will not reimburse the return shipping costs. However, we will cover the shipping costs for sending the new item(s).
5. Simplified Process
We strive to ensure every return or exchange is handled smoothly, thanks to easy communication through WhatsApp or email. We encourage you to follow these instructions carefully to ensure a quick and efficient process.
